Ei! Treinador was a promotional app created at the IBM Mobile Innovation Lab for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Designed as a VIP experience for partners of IBM who were attending the games in person, Ei! leverages the IBM FAMA engine, which provides real-time sentiment through the parsing and analysis of tweets.
Using the app, fans can follow their favorite teams, players and coaches and see how the nation is feeling towards them throughout the highs and lows in a game. Watch up-and-coming stars rise in popularity as they put on great displays or heroes turn to villains with a single mistake.
